Thuka designed the Shorty 2 to provide maximum use of space and have achieved a remarkable about of storage space. Because the Shorty 2 is a mid sleeper bed the sleeping platform is raised off the floor giving back valuable space. Storage under this mid sleeper fits perfectly under the bed and is on castors for even easier access. The storage includes a 2 shelf bookcase, a 4 drawer chest and an innovative swing out desk with further shelving.
As with all Thuka Maxi beds the Shorty 2 short bed is built to withstand years of use. All Thuka beds come with a no-fuss 5-Year bed frame guarantee, are quick and simple to assemble and exceed all European safety requirements.
The Thuka Maxi Shorty collection of beds offer either a fantastic 1st bed for younger children, and can provide a high quality bed where space is a premium. The Shorty 2 provides more space per square foot than previously possible and can still grow (with a �Maxi building� pack) into whatever you and your child want or need. The Shorty 2 can be converted into a full length Thuka bed whilst retaining the use of all the existing furniture.
