Goods will be charged at the prices shown on the order from; this includes the Google Checkout page. All prices are subject to any additional costs such as delivery; these additional costs will be clearly shown on the order form. All items displayed on this Website are subject to availability. If any product ordered is out of stock we will notify you within 24 hours of your order being received. We will advise you of the likely time scale of delay, and keep you fully informed of the estimated delivery date.
Fun Kids Rooms accept payment by Visa, Delta, MasterCard, Switch and Solo. The card must be in the name, and registered at the current address, of the person making the order. Payments made by cheque must first be agreed with and be accompanied by a valid cheque guarantee card number on the reverse.
We endeavour to deliver the goods within the time agreed, or reasonable time if no time is agreed.
Items can be returned within a period of two weeks and must be in original conditions and in an unopened state. If you use or open the goods you have declared you have accepted the goods, in this case goods correctly supplied to order are not returnable unless by previous agreement. Please contact us if you are not happy and wish to discuss options.
Claims of shortages or damages in transit must be notified within three days of the receipt of the goods. If delivery requires a signature it is the customers´ responsibility to check all items before signing for them. By signing for them you have deemed to have accepted the goods. Please clearly sign ´damaged´ if damaged or ´short´ if there are items missing. If orders are signed and then found to be short or damaged Fun Kids Rooms accept no liability.
If items are made to order, cancellation of the order must be made in writing no later than 10 working days after the initial order has been placed. Failure to inform us of cancellation in the agreed period can result in the buyer being liable for any costs incurred by Fun Kids Rooms.
Items marked with free delivery are entitled to free postage and packaging to any address with a UK postcode.
Price matches are only valid prior to purchase, and must be agreed by Fun Kids Rooms. Prices must be in GBP, VAT and delivery charges must also be considered in the price match quote. All items considered for price match must be new and unopened and are not included in any sale. Auction sites are not available for price match consideration.
FunKidsRooms does not sell or exchange any personal information including Email addresses, phone numbers or addresses. We reserve the right to provide information to the relevant authorities in the interest of preventing fraud or crime.
Photography is to be taken as a guide, not all products shown in photography are included in the price, such as props or other furniture.
As we constantly monitor the quality level of the items we sell, we reserve the right to withdraw any product without notice. We also reserve the right to change or modify any content held on the FunKidsRooms website.
