We think there’s nothing worse than faceless companies trading on the internet that only care about profit.
That´s why we encourage visitors to contact us, if you´re potentially about to spend a large amount of money over the internet it´s only common sense you want to speak to a real person. That´s why we´d love to hear from you and talk about your order or anything else on your mind.
You can contact us in all the main ways you would expect; mail, phone and internet. We don´t use any confusing "option based" phone systems that have you tearing your hair out, you´ll simply be able to speak to us in person.
If you´ve got a question about a product or service or perhaps you need some advice, then drop us an email for a speedy response. If you´ve bought a product from us before we´d love to hear from you to help review the product or even to send us some pictures of your room transformations.
You can even contact us 24hrs a day. We do occasionally try to get a few hours sleep, but if you´ve got something important we´ll always have a phone close to hand. At certain times of the day we may be extremely busy and not be instantly contactable. Please don´t think this means we don´t care about you, it simply means we´re busy helping other customers. Drop us an email or leave a message and we´ll get straight back to you, often in minutes. We aim to answer all emails immediately and promise to take no longer than a few hours even at our busy times.
We´ll be improving the ways you can contact us over the next few weeks but we´ll always be contactable through this page and by phone. As we´re a small family ran business there may be times when we need to eat or sleep so please bear with us at certain times of the day/night, although we aim to be contactable at all times.
If you feel we´re not delivering our promises let us know, shout at us, shame us…we´re here for you and are always trying to improve.
Once we finish our contact information you will be able to contact us through a variety of ways. You can already leave feedback with a simple form without ever leaving the page. We´ll be improving our email options and adding web based contact methods.
